William Drabble has created five Christmas menus, inspired by tradition and by his love of modern French-style cuisine. William sources his ingredients through local producers only with the highest quality. Seafood is freshly caught daily from the south coast and shellfish from Scotland and the meat comes from Yorkshire, Cumbria and Lancashire.
