The talent of Executive Chef William Drabble adds an extra dimension to guests dining experience.
The menus that William Drabble has created for the St James's Hotel and Club reflect his love of modern French-style cuisine made using the best British seasonal produce. He relies on a number of small suppliers who share his passion for only the best ingredients and each delicious dish clearly shows the skill and creativity that earned him 3 AA rosettes and, in October 2011 for the second time, a Michelin star for Seven Park Place.
William oversees all aspects of the dining concept at the hotel, including private dining, room service and the hotel's more informal dining space, William's Bar & Bistro.
