On Thursday 25th September 2014, the St. James’s Hotel and Club is hosting a Game-themed dinner with matching wines created by Michelin starred chef William Drabble and presented by John Holdsworth from Cornvale Foods. Celebrate the Game season and all the carnivorous spoils it brings with a magnificent five-course menu which showcases some of the UK’s finest Game alongside regional British produce at its best.
