The St. James’s Hotel and Club has partnered with MELT CHOCOLATES to introduce all chocoholics or budding ‘choccie’ enthusiasts to the art of luxury chocolate making.
This interactive master class will be led by Chika, head chocolatier at MELT, in the beautiful surroundings of Mayfair Suite at the St. James’s. By the end of the class each ‘student’ will be able to produce their very own impressively scrumptious chocoplates and will be ready for a chocolate feast…
Michelin starred Executive Chef William Drabble has excelled himself with the creation of a 3 course chocolate themed menu with matching wines. This consists of wild mushrooms with ceps chocolate sauce, followed by venison with bitter chocolate sauce and culminating with a truly mouth-watering dessert; the hotel’s expert Sommelier, will serve his own personal handpicked selection of MELT chocolates, each different flavour will have a matching wine and will give advice and on the perennial problem of which wines to pair with chocolate.
