The prestigious AA Hospitality Awards were held on Monday 24th September at the London Hilton on Park Lane in the festive Grand Ballroom where St. James’s Hotel and Club were delighted to scoop four AA rosettes for Seven Park Place by William Drabble.

Restaurants awarded three, four and five AA rosettes represent the top ten percent of the restaurants in the UK, according to the AA guide.

Executive Chef William Drabble says “I am delighted with the prestigious award; my team has worked so hard for this. It’s been an incredible summer with the Olympics on our doorstep and now this amazing accolade! It is an honour to be amongst the top ten percent restaurants in the UK, together with colleagues such as Gordon Ramsey, Hélène Darroze, Phil Howard and Jason Atherton”  

William Drabble’s style of cooking is French inspired and he prides himself on fresh local produce and seasonal ingredients in all his dishes as well as a good personal relationship with his suppliers ensuring only the freshest produce reaches the kitchen. Signature dishes include poached native lobster tail with cauliflower puree and lobster butter sauce, and assiette of Lune Valley lamb with garlic puree and rosemary jus.

Seven Park Place is taking part in the London Restaurant Festival this year, the perfect occasion to sample William’s cuisine with a delicious two course lunch menu priced at only £20.00 and a two course dinner menu at £40.00! (Available from the 1st to the 15th October. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the bill).
