A week of celebrations for Seven Park Place at St. James’s Hotel and Club

A week of celebrations for Seven Park Place at St. James’s Hotel and Club
After being awarded 4 AA rosettes on Monday, St. James’s Hotel and Club is delighted to announce that for 2013 the hotel’s restaurant Seven Park Place with William Drabble at the helm, retains its coveted Michelin Star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2013.

Executive Chef William Drabble says “I am delighted to receive this prestigious award for the third time for Seven Park Place.  My team and I have been working hard this year and we are very pleased about this week of celebrations, starting with four rosettes and ending with a coveted Michelin star! ”

William’s style of cooking is French inspired and he prides himself on fresh local produce and seasonal ingredients in all his dishes as well as a good personal relationship with his suppliers ensuring only the freshest produce reaches the kitchen. William likes to keep simplicity in his dishes; he believes that if you use too many ingredients at the same time the flavours become confused. This is why he uses the best quality ingredients and lets them speak for themselves.
Signature dishes include poached native lobster tail with cauliflower puree and lobster butter sauce, and assiette of Lune Valley lamb with garlic puree and rosemary jus.

The Michelin Guide is aimed at making travel a pleasurable experience. The key to the success of The Michelin Guide lies in its strict impartiality. Michelin’s inspectors visit establishments in complete anonymity and settle every bill.

Seven Park Place is taking part in the London Restaurant Festival this year, the perfect occasion to sample William’s cuisine with a delicious two course lunch menu priced at only £20.00 and a two course dinner menu at £40.00! (Available from the 1st to the 15th October. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the bill)
