This masterclass is designed to introduce cheese and wine enthusiasts to the pairing of some of the best British cheeses, wonderful wines and local seasonal food prepared by Michelin-starred Chef William Drabble.
The Cheese and Wine Masterclass is priced at £150.00 per person and includes:
A wine and cheese degustation held by our in-house sommelier and an expert Cheesemonger by Paxton & Whitfield
A three-course lunch by Michelin-starred Chef William Drabble, including matching wines and a selection of four British cheeses for dessert
A goodie bag with a Paxton & Whitfield cheese sample and a half-bottle of sparkling wine to take home.
This masterclass is held every three months on a Saturday, from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm, approximately with lunch at around 1 pm.
Classes start at 11.30am until 2.30pm approximately, with lunch at around 1pm.
Learn how to expertly pair cheese and wine in order to impress fellow diners and ensure you are never apprehensive when choosing from a wine list or selecting from the cheese trolley.
