The entire St. James’s Hotel & Club team look forward to welcoming you back very soon.

William’s Bar and Bistro at St. James’s Hotel and Club is a reflection of a more casual approach to Drabble’s culinary philosophy.
With a thoroughly selected wine and tailored cocktail offering, our guests can experience the same focus of William’s cooking in a more relaxed bistro environment, embracing William’s gastronomic concept.
From 15.00 to 17.00, our 1840 themed Afternoon Tea is served in the same scenario, showcasing William’s expression of the Victorian Period, taking our guests through a historical journey that resembles the era and style of that time gone by.
This modernised Bar & bistro is a perfect place to drink, dine, socialise and truly immerse in a casual dining experience, surrounded by a chic and relaxed atmosphere.
Executive Chef William Drabble takes on these traditional Spanish appetisers. He combines best of British produce with his creativity and talent. His tapas include British classics such as Welsh Rarebit and Devils on Horseback.
The best way to start the day while you're away whether you are looking for a healthy option or traditional English breakfast, William's Bar and Bistro is the ideal location. We offer a full continental buffet and warm items are made to order.
William's Bar and Bistro offers both bespoke and classic cocktails. With a variety of ingredients and spirits from all over the world, our mixologists like to surprise our guests by adding different flavour to all time favourites. Come and try for yourself!
